Giuliani Claims He Turned Over “Disgusting” Photos From Hunter Biden’s Laptop to Delaware State Police

Last night, Rudi Giuliani revealed that he met with the Delaware police because he found disturbing materials on the now famous laptop Hunter Biden supposedly left at a computer repair shop in Delaware. Giuliani said, “There’s a sexual depravity to this that’s disgusting” in reference to what were allegedly sexual texts and pictures featuring Hunter Biden and a 14-year-old girl.  In an even more troubling twist, according to Giuliani, Hunter Biden told his father about the relationship with the 14-year-old girl. Giuliani provided a text image to Newsmax TV that read,

“She she told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate with [redacted] when she says that I face time naked with her and the reason I can’t have her out to see me is because I’ll walk around naked … When she was pressed she said that [redacted] never said anything like that but the bottom line is that I create and caused

“A very unsafe environment for the kids

“If it stopped there I would let it go”

Giuliani, who turned over the laptop with former NYC police commissioner Bernard Kerik, noted that there were other pictures of underage girls on the laptop and that he had no choice other than to turn over the laptop,

“We’re very uncomfortable with this. We’re very uncomfortable with the fact that these underage girls were not protected. If you were to look at the photographs on this hard drive and didn’t report it to the police — well, if you were a law enforcement officer, you’d be guilty of a felony. If you were just a normal citizen, you’d be a horrible human being. There are numerous pictures here of girls that are being, I mean, they shouldn’t be there. That I can tell you. If the Delaware State Police don’t do anything about this, it would be really a tragic thing.”

Given what Giuliani is alleging is actually on this laptop, you have to wonder why the FBI hasn’t taken action if they have had it in their possession since last year. Of course, according to Giuliani, there was someone else who knew what was going on and should have done something about this.

“This was sent to the vice president. What did he do about it?”

That’s a question Joe Biden needs to answer for the whole world at this point.

Dershowitz: The Age of Consent Must Be Lowered, ‘Statutory Rape Is An Outdated Concept’

Alan Dershowitz, who stands accused of having sex with multiple alleged Jeffrey Epstein victims, says “statutory rape is an outdated concept” and there should be “Romeo and Juliet exceptions” to statutory rape law.

The age of consent should be lowered to as young as 14 because “voluntary sex is so common in their age group“, according to Dershowitz who published an op-ed titled “Statutory Rape Is An Outdated Concept” in the late 90s.

Years later, Dershowitz defended the column on Twitter, at an awkward time: Dershowitz was a member of the team that got convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein a plea deal that sent him to prison for 18 months in 2007, a sentence that was described as “the deal of the century” amid claims he should have received a much longer sentence.

This raises a fundamental question about the continuing legitimacy of statutory rape laws at a time when sex involving teenagers is so rampant and prosecution for statutory rape so selective,” Dershowitz wrote in the op-ed.

It is obvious that there must be criminal sanctions against sex with very young children, but it is doubtful whether such sanctions should apply to teenagers above the age of puberty, since voluntary sex is so common in their age group.

Dershowitz then suggests that the age of consent should be lowered to 15, or perhaps even 14. Facing a barrage of criticism — for his handling of the Epstein plea deal, for the allegations against him and now for this column — Dershowitz has remained unapologetic.

He told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency last year that “I have no misgivings and I will continue to represent controversial people. That’s what I do. If I’m in a case, my job is to get the best possible result.

He similarly defended the controversial 1997 op-ed in a series of tweets.

According to Dershowitz, there should be “Romeo and Juliet exceptions” to statutory rape.

I stand by the constitutional (not moral) argument I offered in my controversial oped,” he wrote. “[I]f a 16 year old has the constitutional right to have an abortion without state or parental interference, how could she not have the constitutional right to engage in consensual sex? … I did not suggest that it is moral to have sex with a 16 year old, but rather that the issue presents a constitutional conundrum worthy of discussion.”

Dershowitz, a prominent defense lawyer and emeritus Harvard University law professor, is now facing accusations of sexual abuse from two of Epstein’s alleged victims — Virginia Roberts Giuffre and Sarah Ransome. He denies the accusations against him.

The Essence of Evil: Sex with Children Has Become Big Business in America

1_aEiywt2prnG7GmKg5BhEEw

Children, young girls—some as young as 9 years old—are being bought and sold for sex in America. The average age for a young woman being sold for sex is now 13 years old.

This is America’s dirty little secret.

According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, “Children are being targeted and sold for sex in America every day.”

Sex trafficking—especially when it comes to the buying and selling of young girls—has become big business in America, the fastest growing business in organized crime and the second most-lucrative commodity traded illegally after drugs and guns.

As investigative journalist Amy Fine Collins notes, “It’s become more lucrative and much safer to sell malleable teens than drugs or guns. A pound of heroin or an AK-47 can be retailed once, but a young girl can be sold 10 to 15 times a day.”

SEX-TRAFFICKERS

Consider this: every two minutes, a child is exploited in the sex industry.

According to USA Todayadults purchase children for sex at least 2.5 million times a year in the United States.

Who buys a child for sex? Otherwise ordinary men from all walks of life.

They could be your co-worker, doctor, pastor or spouse,” writes journalist Tim Swarens, who spent more than a year investigating the sex trade in America.

In Georgia alone, it is estimated that 7,200 men (half of them in their 30s) seek to purchase sex with adolescent girls each month, averaging roughly 300 a day.

On average, a child might be raped by 6,000 men during a five-year period of servitude.

It is estimated that at least 100,000 children—girls and boys—are bought and sold for sex in the U.S. every year, with as many as 300,000 children in danger of being trafficked each year. Some of these children are forcefully abducted, others are runaways, and still others are sold into the system by relatives and acquaintances.

“Human trafficking—the commercial sexual exploitation of American children and women, via the Internet, strip clubs, escort services, or street prostitution—is on its way to becoming one of the worst crimes in the U.S.,” said prosecutor Krishna Patel.

This is not a problem found only in big cities.

It’s happening everywhere, right under our noses, in suburbs, cities and towns across the nation.

As Ernie Allen of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children points out, “The only way not to find this in any American city is simply not to look for it.”

It is estimated that there are 100,000 to 150,000 under-aged child sex workers in the U.S.

Every year, the girls being bought and sold gets younger and younger.

Social media makes it all too easy for young people to be preyed upon by sexual predators.

As one news center reported, “Finding girls is easy for pimps. They look on MySpace, Facebook, and other social networks. They and their assistants cruise malls, high schools and middle schools. They pick them up at bus stops. On the trolley. Girl-to-girl recruitment sometimes happens.” Foster homes and youth shelters have also become prime targets for traffickers.

With a growing demand for sexual slavery and an endless supply of girls and women who can be targeted for abduction, this is not a problem that’s going away anytime soon.

In fact, this growing evil is, for all intents and purposes, out in the open: trafficked women and children are advertised on the internet, transported on the interstate, and bought and sold in swanky hotels.

Indeed, as I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, the government’s war on sex trafficking—much like the government’s war on terrorism, drugs and crime—has become a perfect excuse for inflicting more police state tactics (police check points, searches, surveillance, and heightened security) on a vulnerable public, while doing little to make our communities safer.

So what can you do?

Educate yourselves and your children about this growing menace in our communities.

Stop feeding the monster: Sex trafficking is part of a larger continuum in America that runs the gamut from homelessness, poverty, and self-esteem issues to sexualized television, the glorification of a pimp/ho culture—what is often referred to as the pornification of America—and a billion dollar sex industry built on the back of pornography, music, entertainment, etc.

This epidemic is largely one of our own making, especially in a corporate age where the value placed on human life takes a backseat to profit. It is estimated that the porn industry brings in more money than Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Apple, and Yahoo.

Call on your city councils, elected officials and police departments to make the battle against sex trafficking a top priority, more so even than the so-called war on terror and drugs and the militarization of law enforcement.

Stop prosecuting adults for victimless “crimes” such as growing lettuce in their front yard and focus on putting away the pimps and buyers who victimize these young women.

Finally, the police need to do a better job of training, identifying and responding to these issues; communities and social services need to do a better job of protecting runaways, who are the primary targets of traffickers; legislators need to pass legislation aimed at prosecuting traffickers and “johns,” the buyers who drive the demand for sex slaves; and hotels need to stop enabling these traffickers, by providing them with rooms and cover for their dirty deeds.

That so many women and children continue to be victimized, brutalized and treated like human cargo is due to three things: one, a consumer demand that is increasingly lucrative for everyone involved—except the victims; two, a level of corruption so invasive on both a local and international scale that there is little hope of working through established channels for change; and three, an eerie silence from individuals who fail to speak out against such atrocities.

But the truth is that we are all guilty of contributing to this human suffering. The traffickers are guilty. The consumers are guilty. The corrupt law enforcement officials are guilty. The women’s groups who do nothing are guilty. The foreign peacekeepers and aid workers who contribute to the demand for sex slaves are guilty. Most of all, every individual who does not raise a hue and cry over the atrocities being committed against women and children in almost every nation around the globe—including the United States—is guilty.

Man allegedly plotted on dark web to kill, eat underage girl!

barterAlexander Nathan – BarterShelby County Sheriff’s Office

A depraved Texas man was busted in an undercover sting that revealed he allegedly wanted to kill and eat a little girl, authorities said.

Alexander Nathan Barter, 21, was arrested Friday after reportedly posting on the dark web looking for help to fulfill his necrophiliac and cannibalistic desires, according to news station KTRE.

An undercover agent posing as a parent responded and offered his underage daughter to Barter, who expressed interest in raping and killing the girl.

Barter reportedly replied to the officer saying, “Nice! I’m in East Texas. How old is your daughter? Can we kill her?”

In a series of emails, Bart came up with a disturbing plan to meet the father-daughter duo and take the girl back to a Joaquin hotel. The suspect instructed the agent to return home after dropping off his daughter and report her missing to police.

But as Barter was leaving his house for the meet-up, authorities arrested him outside his residence while carrying a plastic trash bag and knife, according to KTRE.

The 21-year-old allegedly confessed to discussing his plans online to kill, rape and cannibalize a minor.

He was booked at Shelby County Jail on charges including attempted capital murder and attempted sexual performance of a child.

Shelby County District Attorney Stephen Shires released a statement saying the incident was a “continued reminder that parents should always be vigilant and aware of what their children are doing on the internet.”

“The dark web, and the individuals that operate there, pose a continued and increasing threat to the safety of our children,” Shires said. “Jurisdiction, geography, and distance serve as a minimal, if any, impediment to some very terrible activities. In this matter, Law Enforcement mounted an effective and integrated effort to deal with this situation.”

Teacher Gets 4 Years PROBATION for Sex With Student!

BANNING (CNS) – A Beaumont High School teacher pleaded guilty today to having sex with one of her male students and was immediately sentenced to four years probation. Samantha Lee Ciotta, 32, of Banning, pleaded guilty to three felony counts of unlawful intercourse with a minor, while a count of oral copulation of a child was dismissed.

Her probation terms include a protective order prohibiting all contact with the student for the next 10 years. Ciotta, an English teacher at Beaumont High, was arrested last September, three months after her relationship with the student, then 16, came to light. She was released on a $150,000 bond the following day and placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of her case.

According to an arrest warrant declaration, a relative of the teen texted the boy to ask if swirling rumors about him and Ciotta were true. The relative received replies that appeared to be suspicious, and they were later determined to have been sent by Ciotta’s husband, according to the court document.

It was unclear how Ciotta’s husband obtained the victim’s phone, but he admitted sending the messages to the victim’s relative because he suspected his wife was having an affair with the student and wanted to find out more, according to the document. The boy told police he had sex with Ciotta on numerous occasions, but could not remember the exact number of times because he was usually intoxicated during their meetings, according to the declaration.

He initially covered for her but later decided to stop lying when Ciotta had sex with his 19-year-old friend, the declaration alleges. The mother of two previously held a teaching position at La Quinta High School and was recently hired by the Beaumont Unified School District.

The guilty plea follows a lawsuit filed by the victim last week against the Beaumont Unified School District, alleging that while the sexual abuse was occurring, his guardian and at least one other teacher reported their concerns to school administrators, but nothing was done.

The boy’s attorneys contend that “school administrators were aware of numerous red flags showing that the relationship between Ms. Ciotta and our client was becoming inappropriate.”
