UNMASKED ‘Wicked’ mum, 50, who let husband rape her daughter from age ten and get her pregnant three times

THIS is the “wicked” mum who let her husband rape her daughter from the age of 10 and get her pregnant three times.

Mary-Louisa Andrews, 50, can be identified after her daughter waived her legal right to anonymity so she could be named and shamed for her role in the evil crimes.

The heartless mum, a ride operator at a children’s park, was caged for four years for ignoring the campaign of abuse over fears her husband Anoyke Andrews would end their relationship.

The vile couple lived together in a three-bedroom home estimated to be worth £191,000 in Milton Keynes, Bucks.

Anoyke Andrews first began abusing the girl at the age of 10 and she first fell pregnant at just 12 years old.

She was forced to undergo a number of abortions, after which Andrews continued to rape her in the family home between 2000 and 2007.

The warehouse operator was only caught when his stepdaughter, now 28, found the courage to contact police years later as an adult.

Anoyke Andrews was jailed for 20 years after being found guilty of six counts of rape, two counts of indecent assault and assault by penetration.

The couple’s sentencing had been delayed when the woman defendant suffered a panic attack on the morning she was due to appear via video link before a packed public gallery at Aylesbury Crown Court on May 31.

‘YOU SHOW NO REMORSE’

The former caterer burst into tears today as she appeared via video link to receive her three-year sentence for neglect.

Sentencing, judge Francis Sheridan told her: “The tears you shed are for yourself.

“I do not think any of them are for your daughter. I am not in any way influenced.

“You have not shown any sign of remorse.

“It is time somebody told you to your face – and I will: You were a wicked mother.

“When your daughter complained, her complaints were dismissed.

“You will take that dismissal to the grave. You betrayed your daughter to stand by your husband.

“She has gone through what can only be described as a life of hell.

“There must have been times in her young life where there appeared to be almost no remission from abuse.”

Prosecuting, Angus Robertson, described an incident where Andrews raped the young girl while they were in the living room watching football on TV and Mary-Louisa Andrews shouted downstairs to ask what they were doing.

Judge Francis Sheridan

Anoyke Andrews had shouted back ‘nothing’, and no more was said but the girl maintained in court her mother had known.

Mr Robertson said: “When she was aged 12 years, she found she was pregnant. She had a termination of the pregnancy. She did not want to have that termination.

“Mr Andrews told Mrs Andrews that if the pregnancy wasn’t terminated he would end the relationship and leave her.

“Mrs Andrews always insisted that a young man was responsible and the girl should tell the boy he was the father. Mr Andrews continued to have regular intercourse with the victim after that termination.

“She became pregnant again when she was 13 years old, told her mother the father was Mr Andrews and said they could have her child.

“Both defendants were attempting to have a child of their own. Mrs Andrews considered this, but told her to ‘get rid of it’.”

Addressing Anoyke Andrews, who kept his head bowed throughout, Judge Francis Sheridan said: “You were a thoroughly evil and wicked step-father. Let’s call it exactly what it is. That is the finding of the jury.

“The jury believed your stepdaughter. That is her first step to recovery from a life of hell inflicted by you, with the sex drive of a monster.

“You treated your stepdaughter as an object.

“A little girl, an innocent little girl, corrupted and for those years whilst under your care, her life was ruined.”

“If you wanted sexual contact, she had to deliver and the poor little thing was scared to say anything and when she did, her complaints were dismissed.”

The victim waived her right to anonymity so Andrews and her mother could be named by the media but requested her name is not made public.

82 people arrested after multi-state child pornography sting

190506-multi-state-arrests

ATLANTA (AP) — Authorities say a roundup operation targeting child pornography suspects resulted in 82 arrests across eight Southeastern states.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said in a news release Friday that 31 of the arrests occurred in Georgia. Most of them involved charges of possessing or distributing child pornography. The GBI said some were charged after making plans to have sex with people the suspects met online and believed were minors, but were actually law enforcement officers.

Investigators said a total of 82 people were arrested and 17 children were rescued or identified as a result of the operation.

Officials said the suspects range in age from 20 to 70. Some of their occupations included non-profit employee, small business owner, store clerk, mechanic, daycare administrator, youth group leader, former high school band director, freelance photographer, construction worker and painter.

About 170 agencies also took part in the crackdown that also included in Florida, Alabama, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.

The GBI said Operation Southern Impact III was planned for four months and the arrests came after three days of undercover operations, executing search warrants and other actions.

U.S. approved arrival of thousands of child brides from foreign countries

NEW YORK (FOX NEWS) – The United States has approved thousands of requests by men to bring child brides and adolescent brides from other countries. the approvals are legal because the immigration and nationality act does not set minimum age requirements.

A new U.S. Senate report, called How the U.S. Immigration System Encourages Child Marriages, is raising questions about whether our country’s immigration system encourages child marriages.

Naila Amin grew up in New York City. She is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Pakistan, where she was forced to marry her adult cousin when she was 13.

“Imagine someone is beating you and raping you every day of your life—even telling you ‘Hey, put my socks on me,'” Amin said. “He treated me like a little slave.”

Amin said her 26-year-old husband saw her as his passport to the United States.

“I was his lottery ticket out of Pakistan,” she said.

Amin eventually got out of the marriage but said the ordeal cost her childhood.

“I know my potential could have been so much more,” she said. “But they ruined my life.”

Some lawmakers and advocates for victims say the U.S. immigration system may be unintentionally enabling forced marriages. A loophole in immigration law has paved the way for over 8,000 child marriages, mostly to girls brought in from outside the country, according to the Senate report.

Under the law, a U.S. child may petition for a visa for a spouse or fiancé living in another country. And a U.S. adult can petition for a visa for a minor spouse or fiancée living abroad.

“So it indicates a problem,” Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin, said. “It indicates a loophole that we need to close.”

The organization Unchained at Last is dedicated to ending forced and child marriage in the United States. Fraidy Reiss, the executive director, called the U.S. government “complicit” in child marriage.

“The U.S. government is encouraging child marriage with the loopholes and the laws that allow children to petition for a foreign spouse or fiancé or be the beneficiary of a foreign spouse or fiancé visa,” Reiss said.

Lawmakers on the Senate homeland security and governmental reform committee are now calling for reforms to prevent people from getting immigration benefits that facilitate child marriages.

Marriage between adults and minors is not uncommon in the United States, the AP reported. Most states allow children to marry with some restrictions. (New York is seeking to outlaw it.)

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services weighs petitions in part based on whether the marriage is legal in the spouse or fiance’s home country and whether it is legal in the state where the petitioner lives, the AP reported.

“Just the Tip of the Iceberg”

New Ben Garrison Cartoon, “Just the Tip of the Iceberg”

A sinister cartoon for a sinister story.

The Church has covered up decades of child molestation by priests across the state of Pennsylvania.

For far too long the Church has ignored or hidden a problem of epidemic proportions under their pulpits. Priest who weren’t arrested and jailed were merely shuffled off to different parishes, where they continued their vile ways of abuse.

Instead of telling someone they’re not a Christian if they have a gun in their house, it’s time for the Pope to clean his own house. He has the power to allow priests to marry and have families. It’s not only normal, but also Biblical.

Mom defends teacher who had sex with her daughter, 14!

(Laredo Morning Times) The mother of a middle school student who had a sexual relationship with a former United ISD teacher in 2015 testified on Wednesday at the man’s sentencing hearing, saying that he was “almost like a son” and that she did not want him to go to prison.

Luis Enrique Mercado, 36, pleaded guilty to indecency with a child by exposure, a third-degree felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. Mercado was accused of committing a host of sexual offenses against a then-14-year-old student.

The Webb County District Attorney’s Office agreed to dismiss the remaining charges on Mercado’s 22-count grand jury indictment, including nine counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact, five counts of improper relationship between an educator and a student, four counts of sexual assault of a child, two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of indecency with a child by exposure.

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — A 25-year-old woman pleaded guilty to allowing two men to sexually assault her two daughters in exchange for cash.

The Office of the Fulton County District Attorney said Friday that the girls, ages 5 and 6, told their guardians that their mother, Morgan Summerlin, would take them to men’s homes to be molested and raped. The men would then pay them and Summerlin would take their money.

One of those men, 78-year-old Richard “Pop” Office, was found guilty on Tuesday of rape, child molestation, trafficking a person for sexual servitude, enticing a child for indecent purposes and sexual battery. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, plus 146 additional years.

Summerlin also allowed Alfredo Trejo to abuse the girls in multiple and similar ways. Trejo was convicted of rape, sexual battery, child molestation and aggravated child molestation. He was sentenced to 25 years and life on probation.

The children’s grandmother, Teresa Davidson, also pleaded guilty to cruelty to children for failing to protect the girls after they told her they were being abused. She was sentenced to five years in prison.

Summerlin pleaded guilty to cruelty to children, trafficking a person for sexual servitude and enticing a child for indecent purposes. She will be sentenced on June 4.

‘Mom’ films herself molesting toddler daughter, sells videos for drug money: Prosecutor!

JEFFERSONVILLE — A 23-year-old woman accused of molesting and exploiting a child for drug money appeared in Clark County Circuit Court No. 1 on Thursday.

A relative of the alleged victim, a child under the age of 5, called police after finding concerning videos on a phone belonging to Jamie L. Simms, according to court records. The videos, sent to five unidentified males on the messenger app Kik, reportedly show Simms either sexually abusing the child directly, or using sex toys on herself with the child present.

When Simms was arrested last week, she reportedly told police that she was addicted to drugs and communicated with people on apps Kik and Omegle and through Reddit, sending pornographic videos online for money. She estimated receiving $200 as payment for the videos, which she said she used to buy personal items and drugs.

Inside the courtroom Thursday morning, Simms kept her head down with her face in her hands as attorney Eric Weitzel — who presided over the hearing — read the following charges: one level 4 felony count of child molesting, two level 4 felony counts of child exploitation and one level 5 felony count of possession of child pornography.

At one point during the reading of the charges, Simms shook her head side to side. When Weitzel asked if she understood the charges against her, she said, “Yes, I understand, but” before Weitzel cut her off, advising she not speak without an attorney present.

A not guilty plea was entered on her behalf and a public defender will be appointed. Simms’ bond remains at $50,000 cash only. A trial is scheduled for Aug. 7. If convicted on all charges against her, Simms could face between seven and 42 years in prison.

Clark County Prosecutor Jeremy Mull told the News and Tribune on Wednesday that the case remains under investigation. He called the case “unspeakably disturbing.”

“As of this moment she (Simms) is the only one charged. However that’s subject to change if I am able to establish criminal cases that I can prove against other individuals that were involved,” he said, adding that anyone believed to have received, requested or paid for the pornographic videos could be charged.

5ae1f9d4efc23.imageJamie L. Simms appeared in Clark County court Thursday on charges that she molested and exploited a child for drug money.

The father of the children suspected something was wrong and that is when he went through the mother’s phone. He told WAVE 3 News that when he found inappropriate videos she had recorded, he immediately called police. The details in the probable cause affidavit are disturbing and too graphic to share.

“I feel sick, I felt sick since I found out,” said the father, who wanted to have his identity withheld.

According to court documents, Jaime Simms was visiting the 3- and 1-year-old she shares with the father just last week.

“She was only here a couple hours a week to see her kids,” the father said.

He went through Simms’ phone and found videos of her and their 3-year-old daughter.

“It’s a case where a 3-year-old who was asleep was taken advantage of by an adult,” Clark County Prosecutor Jeremy Mull said. “In this particular case, the allegation is that the defendant filmed the child abuse/child molestation that was occurring and then did distribute the video of that molestation on apps or websites that included Kik, Reddit and a something known as Omegle.”

Simms confessed to police and told them she recorded the videos to sell so she could get money for her drug habit.

“These are sites where people can exchange or post videos,” Mull said. “In this particular instance, she was receiving money that she had set up to a PayPal account.”

Simms told police that she estimated she received approximately $200 from the videos, and she used the money to buy personal items and drugs. Simms is facing child molestation and child porn charges. If convicted, she will have to register as a sex offender.

As for the 3-year-old?

“She doesn’t know anything that happened,” the father said. “But, she has been asking, Where is mommy? I don’t know what to say to her.”

The father said his daughter is OK. Authorities are reviewing evidence to see if there will be additional charges or if there are other victims.

Mull said the case is just another one where people will do terrible things to get drugs.
