DISTURBING: Man Hires The Ku Klux Klan . . . To LYNCH His Black Neighbor!!

A South Carolina man was arrested for attempting to hire white supremacists from the Ku Klux Klan to kill his black neighbor, lynch him from a tree, and install a “flaming cross” in his front yard, police says.

Brandon Cory Lecroy, 25, of Hodges, South Carolina, was indicted by a federal grand jury on one count of solicitation to commit a crime of violence and one count of using interstate commerce facilities in the commission of murder for hire, the U.S. attorney’s office in South Carolina announced.

The FBI claims that in March Brandon contacted a white supremacist organization, asking them to “murder of his African American neighbor,” according to a court affidavit.

An undercover FBI agent subsequently recorded multiple phone calls with Brandon, where he asked to have his neighbor, who is identified only as “FJ” in the court documents, killed. “$500 and he’s a ghost,” Brandon told the undercover FBI agent in one of the recorded calls, in which he also requested his neighbor be hung from a tree and a “flaming cross” installed in his front yard, the affidavit says. In a subsequent phone conversation in March,

Brandon told the FBI agent he planned to take over the victim’s property and wanted to buy a 9 mm “ghost gun” that would be untraceable, according to the FBI account.

Brandon met with the undercover FBI agent on April 9 during which he pointed out where his neighbor lived, discussed potential future targets, and provided a $100 cash down payment for the alleged murder for hire, the affidavit says.

He was arrested later that day.

A Florida woman stabbed her son because he wouldn’t buy her harder drugs than the alcohol she was drinking, police said.

Debra Denise Warren, 58, of Gainesville, stabbed her son in the forearm with a kitchen knife after he refused her request to buy her crack cocaine, according to a police report obtained by the Gainesville Sun.

Warren tried to stab her son again, but he managed to get the knife away from his mother and then waited outside their home for cops to arrive, WCJB reports.

When police responded, Warren said she was afraid of her son, claiming he had slapped her earlier. But police found no evidence to back up her claims. Warren also accused her son and a witness of lying, according to the police report.

Warren was arrested early Friday on charges of aggravated battery. She remains in custody at the Alachua County Jail on $50,000 bail, jail records show.

A K-8 teacher assistant in Osceola County has been arrested after she had sex with a 16-year-old boy, deputies said.

Miralys Agosto, who worked at Westside K-8 school, is accused of having two sexual encounters with a 16-year-old seventh grade ESE student, deputies said.

The student told investigators the sexual acts happened in Agosto’s vehicle since April 26, deputies said.

During questioning with investigators Tuesday, Agosto admitted to engaging in a sexual relationship, deputies said.

Agosto faces charges of sexual battery by person in custodial authority with a victim younger than 18.

Agosto resigned from her position at the school Monday, deputies said.

A spokesperson for the Osceola County School District said Agosto was a teacher paraprofessional with the school since Dec. 12, 2017.

Teacher Gets 4 Years PROBATION for Sex With Student!

BANNING (CNS) – A Beaumont High School teacher pleaded guilty today to having sex with one of her male students and was immediately sentenced to four years probation. Samantha Lee Ciotta, 32, of Banning, pleaded guilty to three felony counts of unlawful intercourse with a minor, while a count of oral copulation of a child was dismissed.

Her probation terms include a protective order prohibiting all contact with the student for the next 10 years. Ciotta, an English teacher at Beaumont High, was arrested last September, three months after her relationship with the student, then 16, came to light. She was released on a $150,000 bond the following day and placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of her case.

According to an arrest warrant declaration, a relative of the teen texted the boy to ask if swirling rumors about him and Ciotta were true. The relative received replies that appeared to be suspicious, and they were later determined to have been sent by Ciotta’s husband, according to the court document.

It was unclear how Ciotta’s husband obtained the victim’s phone, but he admitted sending the messages to the victim’s relative because he suspected his wife was having an affair with the student and wanted to find out more, according to the document. The boy told police he had sex with Ciotta on numerous occasions, but could not remember the exact number of times because he was usually intoxicated during their meetings, according to the declaration.

He initially covered for her but later decided to stop lying when Ciotta had sex with his 19-year-old friend, the declaration alleges. The mother of two previously held a teaching position at La Quinta High School and was recently hired by the Beaumont Unified School District.

The guilty plea follows a lawsuit filed by the victim last week against the Beaumont Unified School District, alleging that while the sexual abuse was occurring, his guardian and at least one other teacher reported their concerns to school administrators, but nothing was done.

The boy’s attorneys contend that “school administrators were aware of numerous red flags showing that the relationship between Ms. Ciotta and our client was becoming inappropriate.”
